Los Angeles, California, October 27, 2010 - Aaron Thomas looks at a nutrient sheet for a set of his cannabis plants at the growing center for The Lazy Rabbit, which grows, processes and distributes medical cannabis to dispensaries in California as allowed by the California Compassionate Use Act, which allows people with a prescription to use and cultivate medicinal marijuana. Thomas is very meticulous in how he runs his business from following the law - he has the phone number of the Sherriff in his wallet - to working to achieve the most consistent results with his plants. "We need to be working together with doctors and scientists to find the most consistent product and get it to do what we need it to do. There are different properties in Cannabis. One THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychotropic one that gives the feeling of being 'high,' but another, CBD (Cannabidiol), is a medicial cannabinoid that has been shown to relieve convulsions, inflammation, anxiety, nausea and well as inhibit cancer cell growth. Currently Thomas' operation is not even breaking even because he allows people to pay what they can afford for it. "My goal is to supply stable and consistent medical cannabis to facilitate the medical needs and to actually cure people." ..
